Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
• Use nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while engaging patients and families.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, coordinate with care team to influence outcomes.
• Promote safety culture and ensure accurate EHR documentation.
• Float to other units as needed to meet patient care needs and maintain age-appropriate care.
• Delegation to RNs, LPNs, and other personnel as appropriate; ensure effective communication.
