Schedule: Full-Time Days 7A-7P

Role Overview

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) provides high-quality, patient-centered care and oversees unit functions. They collaborate with management, monitor nursing care quality, and serve as a resource for staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and evaluate patient care with a multidisciplinary team
• Assist with admissions and discharges
• Support process improvements and staff training
• Assist with staff scheduling

Qualifications

• Current RN license
• BSN required
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in Pediatric Emergency Department
• Charge RN experience preferred
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and PALS must be obtained within specified timeframes
