Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. They partner with management to monitor and evaluate nursing care, serve as a resource for staff, and support an exceptional patient experience.

What you will do in this role:

• Coordinate, evaluate, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with a multidisciplinary team
• Assist with admission and discharge processes
• Collaborate with experts and leadership to improve outcomes and service
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to staff
• Assist with staff scheduling

Qualifications:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of employment
• Pediatric Emergency Nurse Certification within 18 months
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Trauma Nursing Core Course within 18 months
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BSN required
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in Pediatric Emergency Department
• Charge RN experience
