Schedule: Full-Time Days 7A-7P

About the Role:

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and oversees unit functions. The CNC collaborates with management, supports staff, and enhances patient experience.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and evaluate care delivery with a multidisciplinary team
• Assist with admissions and discharges
• Support improved outcomes through collaboration and leadership
• Provide coaching, feedback, and staff training
• Assist with staff scheduling

Qualifications:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of start
• Emergency Nurse Pediatric Certification within 18 months
• Trauma Nursing Core Course within 18 months
• Registered Nurse with BSN
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in Pediatric Emergency
• Charge RN experience
