You will collaborate with families to design and implement individualized plans grounded in best practices, ensuring cultural relevance and family priorities are central.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in infants and toddlers, EI or ECE, and at least 300 hours of practicum or work with young children.
• Experience with infants, toddlers and families is preferred.
• Knowledge of family systems and early childhood development.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Participate in multidisciplinary team assessments of the client’s developmental status.
• Provide direct child development services for 0–3 and families.
• Develop IFSP goals and strategies for child development.
• Complete progress notes, reports, assessments, and correspondence.
• Provide individual and group interventions for infants and toddlers with delays or risk.
• Assess family and child strengths, concerns, and progress.
• Act as service coordinator for scheduling and implementing intervention plans.
• Offer supportive professional assistance to families.
• Facilitate parent–child interactions to support development.
