The position offers a sign-on bonus and a salary range of $81,000 to $86,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits and professional development support.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Physical Therapist license is required.
• Experience with infants/toddlers and families is preferred.
• Ability to engage in meaningful, therapeutic relationships with children, parents/caregivers, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary team assessments of the client’s developmental status.
• Assess family and child strengths/resources, concerns, and progress.
• Provide child and family centered services and activities developmentally appropriate for birth to three with parent coaching.
• Provide service coordination by scheduling, developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the intervention plan for each family.
