Job summary

Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc. seeks licensed Physical Therapists to provide infant-toddler services across home, centers, and community settings in Massachusetts.

You will work within a trans-disciplinary team, using parent coaching and screenings to support developmental goals. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus, monthly incentives, and FFS rates from $61 to $65 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
• Two years of pediatric experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of infant-toddler development.
• Utilize a parent coaching model with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, groups, and home visits as part of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services.
• Provide service coordination including development and review of the IFSP.
