CDS First Step site in Lewiston is seeking qualified pediatric Occupational Therapists to work with infants and toddlers birth-2 with developmental delays, and their families. The role is 40 hours per week, calendar year, with local travel required.

Experience with multi-disciplinary teams and preschool population is preferred. Salary range is $55,765 to $96,678, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• State of Maine Occupational Therapist License.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• Successful background, criminal records, fingerprinting and reference check.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with parents to explain the therapist's role in IFSP/IEP.
• Conduct evaluations and provide services to birth-5 children as part of the IFSP/IEP team.
• Develop and contribute goals and short-term objectives for the IFSP/IEP.
• Maintain timely documentation and reports to meet MaineCare and regulatory requirements.
