Job summary

Finger Lakes Therapy Works in the Finger Lakes region is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat infants to preschoolers in homes, childcare centers, and community settings. You will partner with families, deliver play-based, evidence-based interventions, complete documentation, and support family goals while complying with NY state early intervention and preschool programs.

Flexibility, ongoing learning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team are encouraged to promote

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy and NY license.
• NBCOT certification and knowledge of pediatric development.
• Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and caregiver interviews.
• Develop and implement play-based, evidence-based interventions.
• Coach families to integrate therapy into daily routines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and school partners.
• Complete timely documentation and progress reports.
