Job summary

TheraCare Bronx is seeking dedicated Occupational Therapists (OT) to provide vital early intervention services to infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays. You will work in their natural environments, enhancing fine motor skills and providing therapy based on individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Current NYS license and registration as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Experience in early childhood or pediatric therapy strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Early Intervention standards and family-centered care principles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and provide direct occupational therapy services for children ages 0–3.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IFSP goals.
• Coach and educate caregivers to support therapy carryover at home.
