BAYADA Home Health Care in Delaware is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for Early Intervention and Pediatrics to support children in their homes and community settings. Lead coaching-based therapy with families, empower caregivers, and deliver services in natural environments while using electronic documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing.
• Birth-to-Five or Home Care experience preferred.
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care.

Responsibilities

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style.
• Empower caregivers with tools to support child’s development.
• Deliver therapy in natural environments—homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more.
• Use electronic documentation for each visit.
• Complete weekly scheduled visits.
