Job summary

Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc. provides Early Intervention services for children birth to 3 years with developmental delays, delivered in home, centers, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and MA licensure.
• Two years pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of infant-toddler development.
• Utilize parent coaching model with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, and groups.
• Provide home-based services across catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services.
• Coordinate development and review of Individual Family Service Plan.
