Job summary

Center for Family and Child Enrichment, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Early Intervention programs serving birth to 3-year-olds. You will provide home-based services, participate in screenings, and work as part of a trans-disciplinary team.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy, MA licensure, pediatric experience, and strong communication skills. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, incentives, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and MA licensure.
• Two years of pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Adobe and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of infant-toddler development.
• Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as part of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services including child care, medical, social service, and specialty providers.
• Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
