to 4:15 p.m. Must have an approved Medical Assistant program or CMA/RMA certification, current BLS, and CMA/RMA certification within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an approved Medical Assistant program or CMA/RMA certification.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification for Healthcare Providers is required.
• CMA or RMA certification must be current or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• One year in healthcare or pediatric setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical call-line and respond to patient inquiries.
• Process patient forms and coordinate referrals.
• Communicate with referring providers and distribute educational materials.
• Occasional patient rooming as clinical coverage is needed.
