Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Pediatric Dentist (or General Dentist) to join our Great Lakes Family Dental team in Saginaw, MI. The ideal candidate will treat children, provide comprehensive dentistry and collaborate with a multi-specialty team.

We offer flexible full-time or part-time schedules, modern facilities, and opportunities for growth. The role includes integrated orthodontics and anesthesia services in a state-of-the-art practice.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain high quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain ethics and professionalism; stay updated with new developments and CE.

Education

DMD or DDS degree
