Job summary

CHOICE Healthcare Services is seeking an Assistant Practice Manager with dental experience to mentor staff, manage billing/collections, and act as a liaison for IT and practice management software. You will support the Regional Manager and help ensure smooth daily operations across our pediatric dental offices.

The role emphasizes staff development, scheduling, and HR support, including payroll and benefits coordination, within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of leadership experience within the dental industry.
• Experience working for a Dental Service Organization is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in strategic planning and hiring office personnel.
• Handle staffing, scheduling, and HR support as needed.
• Oversee office operations, payroll, billing support and KPI reporting.
• Assist with payroll, benefits, and employee relations under Regional Manager guidance.
• Support IT and train staff on practice management software updates.
