Lone Star Pediatric Dental & Braces in Bee Cave is hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead our pediatric dental and orthodontic practice. This role oversees daily operations, supports both specialties, and drives patient and team experiences.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of leadership or practice management, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication and problem-solving skills to coach teams and improve performance.

Competenze

• 5+ years of leadership or practice management experience.
• Dental experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach teams, manage operations, and support providers.

Mansioni

• Lead, train, and support front and back office teams.
• Manage daily operations for pediatric dentistry and orthodontics.
• Maintain a positive, high-performing office culture.
• Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Ensure strong patient experience, case acceptance, and patient retention.
• Partner with HR, Marketing, Finance, and RCM as needed.
• Monitor compliance, safety, and staff certifications.
• Meet practice performance goals, including NPS and financial targets.
