Responsibilities

• Be integral part of the office team to deliver memorable service.
• Answer phones politely and timely.
• Greet patients in a friendly, hospitable manner.
• Present treatment plans, financial estimates and payment options.
• Schedule appointments per office protocols.
• Confirm all appointments consistent with company protocols.
• Resolve billing concerns to patient satisfaction.
• Post charges and payments; set up accounts and new charts.
• Assist patients with completing paperwork.
• Coordinate front and back office patient flow.
