Job summary

DOCS Health in Kentucky is seeking a skilled Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our state-of-the-art practice dedicated to patient-centered care for children. You will support pediatric procedures, assist with instruments, manage patient safety, and help maintain infection control in a team that values professionalism and growth.

The role requires a current Dental Assistant certification, X-Ray and CPR/BLS, and at least one year of pediatric experience, with the option to work 7:45 AM–4:00 PM on

Qualifications

• Pediatric dental assistant certification required.
• X-Ray Certification required.
• CPR/BLS Certification required.
• N202 Certification required.
• Real ID drivers license or willingness to obtain before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric dental procedures, instrumentation, and chair-side support.
• Take vital signs, document medical histories, and monitor patient safety.
• Assist with pediatric behavior management and patient preparation.
• Operate dental software, digital imaging, and clinical equipment.
• Maintain infection control, sterilization, and HIPAA/OSHA compliance.

Schedule:

1-2 Mondays a Month: 7:45 AM - 4:00 PM

Requirements

• Current Dental Assistant certification (In the state you are applying to).
• Minimum of 1 year of pediatric dental experience.
• X-Ray Certification.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• N202 Certification.
• Must possess, or be willing to obtain, a Real ID Drivers License prior to start date.
