Job summary

Arena Dentistry is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to support our pediatric patients and their families. You will perform chair-side assisting, take dental radiographs, sterilize, prep operatory and follow infection control guidelines.

This role also involves smoothly coordinating between the pediatric and orthodontic teams within one location. Ideal candidates have MA Dental Assistant License, Radiology Certificate, CPR, and pediatric/orthodontic experience.

Qualifications

• Pediatric and/or Orthodontic dental assisting experience.
• License to practice as a Dental Assistant (MA) in Massachusetts.
• Radiology certification is required.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Chair-side assisting for pediatric patients and parents.
• Take dental radiographs as needed.
• Sterilization and operatory prep/clean.
• Follow strict infection control guidelines.
• Coordinate workflow between pediatric and orthodontic teams within one location.

Overview

We are a growing Pediatric Dental Practice looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team. Ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills with children and parents and must be able to show consistent work while maintaining a comforting environment for patients.

An enthusiastic, personable and energetic candidate who is comfortable with all phases of chair-side assisting including chair-side assisting, taking x-rays, sterilization, operatory prep/clean, and following infectious control guidelines. We are looking for a candidate that can flow from the pediatric to the orthodontic team in the same office.
