Job summary

PDS Health is hiring a Dental Assistant to support clinicians in delivering the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) and build a Patient for Life (PFL). You will assist with radiographs, sterilization, patient prep, and charting while maintaining a clean, organized operatory.

Responsibilities include assisting dentists, coordinating with front desk, and ensuring compliance with state guidelines. Excellent communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma or GED and state-m mandated training for certification/licensure.
• Specialty dental assistants must have valid driver's license and auto insurance, or alternate transportation acceptable for travel to multiple offices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for treatment and assist dentist to provide efficient, quality care.
• Take radiographs and intra-oral pictures as directed.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments; maintain clean operatory per guidelines.
• Assist with PPE and patient communication to support PPE and PFL objectives.
• Maintain supply levels and coordinate with front office to keep schedule running smoothly.
