PDS Health in Henderson, NV is seeking a Dental Assistant to support clinicians and deliver the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE), ultimately creating a Patient for Life (PFL).

You will prepare patients for treatment, assist with procedures, sterilize instruments, keep operatories clean, and coordinate with the front desk to ensure smooth scheduling across specialties and offices. You will participate in daily huddles and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; state requirements for certification/licensure.
• One-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school preferred for specialty roles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for treatment and assist the dentist.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment; maintain operatory cleanliness.
• Assist clinicians during procedures and manage patient records.
• Record clinical notes and treatment records in the digital chart.
• Collaborate with front desk to keep schedules running smoothly.
