Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to support clinicians and deliver the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE). You will prepare patients, sterilize instruments, assist with radiographs, and help maintain a positive, clean clinical environment across multiple offices.

Responsibilities include patient preparation, charting, coordinating with front office, and participating in daily huddles. Must meet state licensing requirements, possess a high school diploma or GED, and have reliable

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and state-mandated training/certifications.
• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance; travel to multiple offices.
• Experience with dental software/records and basic charting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per the state Table of Permitted Duties for Dental Auxiliaries.
• Assist clinicians to deliver the PPE and patient-centered care.
• Escort patients between front desk and clinical areas; coordinate with teams.
• Maintain clean, sterile operatorys and sterilize instruments per guidelines.
• Prepare patients for treatment and assist with radiographs and intra-oral photos.
• Ensure proper tray setups and supply levels in operatories.
• Record patient charts and clinician notes in the digital record.
• Support treatment presentations and obtain consents/health history.
