Job summary

Blue Cloud seeks a Registered Dental Assistant to join its pediatric ambulatory surgery center teams. The role supports dentists and anesthesia providers, prepares supplies, assists with patient transfers, and maintains sterile conditions in a fast-paced, child-focused setting.

Responsibilities include taking and verifying x-rays, managing instruments, and performing front desk duties as needed. Requires RDA license, BLS, and at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• Completion of an Accredited Dental Assistant Program.
• Current state license to practice as a registered dental assistant.
• One year of RDA experience.
• Current BLS Certificate.
• Background and Drug Screening Required.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist and anesthesia provider with instruments, sutures, and supplies.
• Prepare for dental surgical cases by gathering supplies and maintaining stock.
• Provide care based on pediatric needs and safety considerations.
• Assist with patient transfer from bed to gurney.
• Decontaminate and maintain equipment and field between cases.
• Take and check x-rays; maintain x-ray equipment.
