Job summary

Dental Associates of Connecticut is seeking a highly motivated full-time Dental Assistant in Brookfield, CT. You will greet patients, assist chairside, manage x-rays, and ensure a clean, stocked operatory to support the doctor and patient experience.

Ideal candidates have a GED or high school diploma, strong customer service, and a willingness to learn and grow within a family-oriented practice. Monday–Thursday schedule and competitive benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat patients.
• Act as a liaison between the patient and the doctor.
• Set up trays as indicated by the day’s charts.
• Review schedules and anticipate the doctor’s needs in advance.
• Assist chairside using four‑handed dentistry.
• Enter treatment plans.
• Take x‑rays as needed.
• Clean and disinfect operatory after each patient.
• Take alginates, pour and trim models.
• Package and sterilize instruments.
• Keep operatory fully stocked.

Compensation

$25‑$28 per hour
