Job summary

Atrium Health Levine Children's Hospital CVICU is seeking a skilled RN to provide comprehensive pediatric care in a high-acuity environment. The role involves night shifts, 3 shifts per week (7p–7a), and a 36-hour workweek with weekend and holiday rotation.

Requirements include an accredited nursing program, active RN license in North Carolina, BLS, and ALREADY-possessed basics; PALS is required within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• PALS certification required within 6 months of hire.
• One year of pediatric in-patient RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Maintain safety and high-quality care across the continuum.
• Lead and participate in clinical decision-making and family communication.
