Job summary

Atrium Health Levine Children’s Hospital (LCH) in Charlotte, NC, seeks a skilled RN for the Neonatal Intensive Care Nursery (NICU 7S). The role is full-time nights (7p-7a), with three 12-hour shifts and a sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.

You will provide comprehensive newborn care, coordinate with the care team, and ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. Requirements include NC RN license, accredited nursing program, BLS, and PALS within 6 months; pediatric inpatient experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.
• PALS certification required within 6 months of hire.
• One year of pediatric in-patient RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive newborn care through the nursing process.
• Lead efforts to create a safe patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
