Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program; Master's Degree or higher.
• Active RN licensure in North Carolina and current certification as a Nurse Anesthetist by the National Board.
• Current CPR; ACLS, BLS, PALS.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate with diverse clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia using safe techniques during pediatric procedures.
• Mentor Student Nurse Anesthetists and assess learners.
• Collaborate with medical teams to ensure peri-operative care and patient safety.
• Maintain records in compliance with hospital standards and ensure confidentiality.
• Support cost containment and participate in quality improvement.
