Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC seeks a CRNA to provide comprehensive anesthesia services including general, regional, and MAC in collaboration with the surgical team. You will ensure readiness of equipment, medications, and supplies, and participate in preoperative evaluations to optimize patient care.

The role requires a Master’s in Nursing, active APRN and NBCRNA certification, and ongoing competency with ACLS/PALS/NRP; strong communication and teamwork are essential assets.

Qualifications

• Active RN and APRN licenses in state(s) of practice with NBCRNA certification.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing is required; no experience necessary in some cases.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by site and/or role.

Responsibilities

• Provides all elements of anesthesia services (general, regional, MAC) with the surgical team.
• Manages anesthesia plan based on indications, risks, and alternatives.
• Performs preoperative evaluation and ensures readiness of equipment, meds, and staff.
