Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of Fundamentals of Nursing with clinicals in an accredited program.
• Maintaining active enrollment in nursing school.
• Field of Study: Registered Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, hygiene, mobility, transport).
• Perform phlebotomy, vital signs, point-of-care testing, EKGs, and Foley catheter care.
• Communicate patient status changes to the RN promptly and document care."
• Reinforce patient and family education on care needs and safety.
• Support patient satisfaction initiatives and participate in competency completion."
• Complete annual hospital and unit-specific competencies by due dates.
• Maintain safety protocols and high-quality patient care standards.
• Demonstrate effective communication with patients, visitors, and coworkers.
