Job summary

This full-time role requires a PA degree and BLS; master’s degree is preferred and ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree-Physician Assistant is required.
• Master’s Degree-Physician Assistant preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; NCCPA certification expected.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and treats patients in collaboration with physicians.
• Orders tests, interprets results and prescribes medication within scope.
• Documents in EMR and communicates with care team and patients.
• Provides patient education and participates in care planning.
