Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess and establish presumptive diagnoses and implement treatment plans.
• Enter accurate entries into the electronic medical record and order/interpret diagnostic testing; prescribe therapy.
• Prescribe, adjust, or discontinue medications as appropriate.
• Communicate with collaborating physician and care team about patient management and test results.
• Perform procedures within the scope of the physician assistant license.
• Educate patients and families in clear language and advocate for safe, ethical care.
• Follow policies to meet goals and deadlines.
