Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work/psychology/counseling or related field with licensure eligibility.
• Delaware clinical licensure in social work, psychology, counseling is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a 24/7 crisis program for children.
• Develop/maintain procedures for daily operations and crisis response.
• Coordinate supervision and field support for crisis counselors.
• Ensure licensing, contractual and program standards are met.
• Collaborate with community partners to provide services.
