Delaware Guidance Services for Children and Youth, Inc. (DGS) is seeking a Crisis Clinician to provide rapid response screening, assessment and crisis intervention for youth and families in a community-based setting.

Under supervision, you will conduct risk assessments, determine level of care, coordinate with DPBHS, and document cases from intake through discharge, including on-call and after-hours telehealth duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid response screening and crisis intervention for youth and families in a community-based setting.
• Conduct risk assessments and determine the least restrictive level of care.
• Document cases from intake through discharge with timely and accurate records.
• Participate in Clinician On-Call rotation and rotation of after-hours telehealth duties.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Services
