Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Westminster, CO seeks a Supervising Pediatric COTA to lead in-home therapy services and oversee a team of COTAs.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted OT license in Colorado.
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform pediatric evaluations, reassessments, and progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized pediatric treatment plans.
• Provide skilled interventions to improve ADLs, sensory integration, motor skills, cognition, and functional independence.
• Educate and support families and caregivers for carryover.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document all care in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
• Supervise and mentor a team of Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
• Maintain oversight of assistant caseloads and documentation compliance.
• Conduct monthly direct observation visits and performance support.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and competency development.
• Review and co-sign documentation, including treatment plans and notes.
