Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support pediatric students in a school-based setting in Phoenix, AZ.

You will work with therapists, teachers, and other professionals to help children develop functional, emotional, and developmental skills for classroom success. The role serves ages 2–18 under supervision, providing OT services in ABA environments, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating on IEPs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited COTA program.
• NBCOT (AOTCB) certification eligibility.
• Arizona state licensure eligibility.
• Ability to pass fingerprinting and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent therapy sessions with supervision as needed.
• Deliver OT services within ABA programming environments for pediatric clients ages 2–18.
• Maintain an average caseload of ~30 clients weekly (about 6 sessions/day).
• Document sessions, progress, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary team members to support student success.
