Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a clinic-based pediatric therapy team.

You will support therapists in delivering developmentally appropriate activities and helping children achieve meaningful goals. Under supervision, you will assist with sensory, motor, and daily living skills, collaborate with families and other clinicians, and contribute to a positive therapy environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification.
• Active Arizona license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Previous clinic-based experience required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for working with children and helping them achieve independence and developmental success.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy support services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Help children develop functional, sensory, motor, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and contribute to ongoing treatment goals.
• Collaborate closely with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, families, and other clinical professionals.
• Help create a positive, engaging, and supportive therapeutic environment.
• Support meaningful developmental outcomes for children through individualized, patient-centered care.
