Job summary

Project Hope Foundation in Greenville, SC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our multidisciplinary therapy team. This full-time role focuses on providing direct occupational therapy to children with ASD and developmental disabilities under supervision of a licensed OT.

We offer a supportive clinic-based environment with a dedicated scheduling team, billing specialists, and HR/IT support.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• Minimum one year of recent experience as a OTA/COTA.
• Current South Carolina OTA license and NBCOT COTA certification.
• NPI and taxonomy code required at hire.
• BLS First Aid/CPR certification.
• Maintenance of CEUs as required by licensure and NBCOT.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 occupational therapy services under supervision of a licensed OT.
• Implement individualized treatment plans to address daily living, motor, and functional goals.
• Promote independence by adapting activities to each child's needs.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, teachers, and families to ensure carryover of skills.
