Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in El Paso, TX is hiring a Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide in-home therapy services for children and young adults with developmental and functional needs.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans under OT supervision, improving ADLs and fine motor skills, collaborating with families and the care team, and documenting care in EMR. We offer flexible full-time and part-time options across Texas service areas.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license (Texas).
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under OT supervision.
• Provide interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory integration, and development.
• Support patients in achieving functional independence goals.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
