Join MGA Homecare as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) delivering compassionate therapy to children birth to 21 across Texas. You’ll partner with families to implement practical home strategies while maintaining precise documentation and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize each child’s progress.

Formación

• Graduate of an Accredited School with an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current state license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Current CPR certification per state regulations.
• Successful completion of appropriate screening tests with passing rate.
• Displays good observation skills and judgement as well as good oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled, compassionate therapy for children from birth to 21 with a range of physical, developmental, and sensory needs.
• Work closely with families to teach strategies that support progress at home.
• Keep accurate and timely documentation to ensure quality care.
• Collaborate with a caring, multidisciplinary team to guide each child’s journey.
