MGA Homecare in Texas is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to provide skilled therapy to children from birth to 21 with diverse needs in home settings. You will collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to support progress and guide each child’s journey.

You will maintain timely documentation, ensure quality care, and participate in a supportive, mission-driven environment with mentorship, clinical training, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited School with an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current state license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• CPR certification current per state regulations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and appointments.
• Professional experience required per state regulations.
• Strong observation, judgement, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
