Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN required for the role.
• 3 years of relevant clinical nursing experience required.
• Wisconsin RN license upon hire required.
• BLS/CPR certification required upon hire.
• MSN or related master's degree preferred.
• 1 year of relevant experience in the target patient population preferred.
• Oncology certification-based on patient population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for pediatric patients with chronic conditions, acute episodes, and behavioral health challenges.
• Provide evidence-based nursing care via telephone and MyChart.
• Assist with care coordination and clinic procedures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and families.
• Utilize evidence and science to guide practice.
