Job summary

Jobtailor in Madison, WI is seeking a pediatric nurse for patients with chronic conditions, acute episodes, and behavioral health needs. You will provide high-quality nursing care and coordinate with families via MyChart, while promoting prevention and wellness.

You will join a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and apply evidence-based practice to achieve positive outcomes. A BSN is required, RN license in Wisconsin, BLS/CPR, and at least 3 years of clinical experience;

Qualifications

BSN required for the role.
3 years of relevant clinical nursing experience required.
Wisconsin RN license upon hire required.
BLS/CPR certification required upon hire.
MSN or related master's degree preferred.
1 year of relevant experience in the target patient population preferred.
Oncology certification-based on patient population preferred.

Requirements

Master's Degree in Nursing, Social Work, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
1 year of relevant experience in the specific patient population being supported preferred
Applicable Oncology certification based on patient population preferred
