Job summary

Bluebird Kids Health in Jacksonville, FL seeks an energetic Patient Growth Associate to drive new patient acquisition through community partnerships, events, and expectant family engagement. Reporting to our Events Manager, this role owns the full lifecycle of community-generated leads from first interaction through enrollment, helping more families access pediatric care.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sales, customer engagement, account management, patient engagement, or similar relationship-driven role with measurable goals.

Responsibilities

• Contribute ideas to strengthen community partnerships and grow patient acquisition.
• Own new patient acquisition through community partnerships, events, and outreach to meet growth targets.
• Build and manage relationships with OBGYNs, hospitals, schools, daycares, and community partners to generate referrals.
• Own Expecting Parent Meet & Greets from end to end, including registrations, coordinating logistics, hosting events, and follow-up.
