Zusammenfassung

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults in Cranberry Township, PA and surrounding areas.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work.
• Active Pennsylvania CNA certification or PA-approved 75-hour HHA training.
• Current CPR certification and TB test or screening as required.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
• Ability to document care accurately and work independently.

Aufgaben

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, personal hygiene, dressing and grooming.
• Assist with range of motion and mobility activities; support comfort, safety and well being.
• Follow care plans and caregiver instructions; document care as required.
• Build positive relationships with patients and families; communicate concerns to clinical staff.
