Job summary
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Hollidaysburg, PA is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults. The role combines compassionate bedside care with adherence to individual care plans.

Qualifications
- Must hold PA CNA certification or complete PA-approved 75-hour HHA program.
- Current CPR certification.
- TB test or screening as required.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
- Ability to document care accurately.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with ADLs (bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, grooming).
- Assist with range of motion and mobility activities.
- Support comfort, safety, and well-being; follow care plans and caregiver instructions.
- Document care as required; build relationships with patients and families.
- Communicate patient concerns and observations to clinical staff.
