Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Carnegie, PA is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Active Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification OR proof of completion of an approved 75-hour Home Health Aide training program in accordance with PA regulations.
• Current CPR certification
• Current TB test or screening as required
• Valid government-issued identification
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions
• Ability to document care accurately
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, grooming.
• Assist with range of motion exercises and mobility activities
• Support patient comfort, safety, and well-being
• Follow care plans and caregiver instructions
• Document care as required
• Build positive relationships with patients and families
• Communicate patient concerns and observations to clinical staff
