Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric HomeHealth is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults in State College, PA and surrounding areas.

We offer meaningful patient relationships, flexible scheduling, and a supportive culture with ongoing training. This is a true in-home care role with clinical support and a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active Pennsylvania CNA certification OR PA-approved 75-hour HHA training.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current TB test or screening as required.
• Valid government-issued identification.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
• Ability to document care accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with ADLs: bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, grooming.
• Assist with range of motion exercises and mobility activities.
• Support patient comfort, safety, and well-being.
• Follow care plans and caregiver instructions.
• Document care as required.
• Build positive relationships with patients and families.
• Communicate patient concerns and observations to clinical staff.

Skills

Pennsylvania CNA certification
