Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide one-on-one in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults in Boswell, PA and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification OR proof of completion of an approved 75-hour Home Health Aide training program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current TB test or screening as required.
• Valid government-issued identification.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
• Ability to document care accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, grooming.
• Assist with range of motion exercises and mobility activities.
• Support patient comfort, safety, and well-being; follow care plans and caregiver instructions.
• Document care as required and communicate concerns to clinical staff.
• Build positive relationships with patients and families.
