Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification or Registration as a Medical Assistant.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or medical office setting.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and routine clinical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and record patient histories and vital signs.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist during procedures.
• Perform point-of-care testing and specimen collection.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation.
• Support administrative duties including scheduling and referrals.
• Ensure room cleanliness and supply inventory.
• Educate patients and transmit physician instructions.
• Maintain HIPAA, OSHA compliance.
